Pavement developing

Money has come in and the works have started - new pavement in downtown Tartu.

It is a very enjoyable area, not totally developed, therefore leaving natural trails and lots of green everywhere.

There were once the old-school USSR era playgrounds for children, due to a child's death, they were taken down. During summer this is the most popular and busy beach in Tartu, which can't be compared to any other beaches, as this is just so tiny. On the background you can see Tartu's only skyscraper Tigurorn.

This is my favorite building in Tartu. I have wanted to go in there and see it inside as well, but no luck so far. This photo doesn't do any justice, so I have to make a new one in the near future. Pardon.
