Evelyn and Wayne

This is how a wonderful couple of loving people looks like in a warm sunny November afternoon in Kentucky.

Old things

These are some examples of a combination of sunny day and old forgotten things in a countryside setting. It would have been nicer without the spots.

Wayne

Not very good portrait of Wayne, as it looks like he is about to take off from the ground like a superman, but I value this portrait of him on film, as he was very supportive about my photography and taught me few valuable things.

House

So this is how one homey home looks like, which gives shelter for retired people every now and then. It is hard to put emotions to words of how good it felt to be in there and how wonderful were people who are living there.

Jumble

These and some other old things (will be shown later) I saw laying around in the countryside in Kentucky. There was lot of stuff here and there, mostly by the households which were abandoned. Such trash always has it's special touch and look.

Breakfast

This is a sweet breakfast of mine - a waffle with a maple syrup and hot chocolate. Perfect.

Richmond

This is the view from my home in Richmond. The very edge of the house lots owned by families of the same subdivision. Empty and sad, but still a nice place.

Keeneland backstage

This shot is taken close to Lexington in Kentucky, where Keeneland takes place, which is world-famous Thoroughbred horse racing facility and sales complex in. It is big when it happens, it is whole something else.

Hands

It didn't turn out the way I wanted, because it wasn't not the best moment to photograph, but yeah...the colors of the first are better and it gives some idea of the hands.

Everyday holds a possibility of a miracle

Knightdale pond

There is not much in Knightdale. There is literally nothing, a huge Wal-Mart, which was the place I hanged out at...and then this pond. Me and my loneliness.

Chino

That is Payton aka Chino. He was a cute boy, but misbehaved badly...He liked my little digital Nikon and we had fun on that afternoon. Of course I miss him.

Shoes and clothes

My friend had the biggest Nike basketball shoe collection I have ever seen. I think I counted all these together and I got 20 something, if I remember, while I have one pair at home somewhere.

The same thing was with the clothes, too. There was so many to choose from.

Campbell's

True American icon in an American all very tidy kitchen.

Knightdale, NC

This was a lovely view for me for a month. Life in a little village or however they call such settlement. Now I have only memories. They are a keeper.

I was waited once to somewhere....oh happy days.

This is how a laundry room looks like in a tiny place in New Jersey.

Brochures

That nicely done shelf with colorful brochures and flyers were really eye-catchy. Keep yourself well informed.

Another view on the mountains

A place which name I can't remember, but it was a part of the northern states fall trip.

Fall in the park

I actually even can't remember where this was taken, but I know it was very pretty, do not mind the dots there. Now the colors doesn't look very wonderful after the auto color, but at least something can be seen besides the dots.

Mount Washington

Next 36 photographs will be more or less the same. I haven't seen anything like this before and neither the man who developed these in his 40 years of practice as slide film developer.

Some of the shots are slightly underexposed and the dots are really disturbing, but it is as it is.

Flood in Supilinn

2010. year spring was a massive flood period. Supilinn looked exceptional.

Raatuse street

We had a crazy spring in 2010 in Tartu. It was so much water everywhere and it was just flooded. I liked the reflection of this (yellow) house on a field, where the water was almost half the way up the knee. I had to go home when I first saw this, as I knew I want to take a photo of it, so I came back later and had my rubber boots on to capture the beauty of nature.

Winter/spring

That is a double exposure, which has happened few times while using Ljubitel. Anne Channel and Jaama street together.

When I was little I used to play on those really dangerous playgrounds. Often children lost their teeth and broke bones while playing there, but who did care, as it was all fun.

This is my way of showing my neighborhood. Peace and love.

Just a random shot I took of a tree on my street. 120 makes it something.

CD's from Scotland

Okay, so I found this cool music and book store in Edinburgh. I started to speak with the owner and he introduced me the basement with CD's from 80's and 90's mostly. Oh my God, I went there twice and brought home lots of stuff. The prices were good, mostly 50 cents a CD. Come on! I am not sure how many I brought home, but I think it was around 40. God is a DJ!

Breath-taking sky of Barcelona

I guess this is the power and beauty of reversal film, this looks just too good to be true. Breath-taking. Just a simple walk in the city.

Japanese food

Jose took me to a wonderful little Japanese kitchen, where the service was as fantastic as was the food. We had a very nice cold day lunch there.

This is me and Josè looked like when we had Bicing fun, while riding in wonderful Barcelona.

Bicing

During my stay in Barcelona Bicing was like a next big thing, as the bikes were a chance to move around in the city, or rather gliding. It was so enjoyable and the red bikes were really comfy and available everywhere. Long live green Barcelona.
